Your order constitutes an offer to purchase products from us. A contract is formed only when you receive an email confirmation stating that your order has been accepted and dispatched. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to dispatch.

4. Prices & Payment

All prices are shown in EURO (€) and include VAT where applicable. We accept secure payments via Visa, Mastercard, and iDeal. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

5. Delivery

We currently ship only within France. Estimated delivery time is 4–6 business days. External factors such as weather or courier issues may cause delays.

6. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations)

You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your items, without providing a reason. To cancel, email us at toydora@outlook.com within the 14-day window.

You then have 14 additional days to return the items. We will refund the full amount (including standard delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned products.

7. Returns & Refunds

Beyond your legal cancellation rights, we offer a 30-day return policy on all orders. Return shipping is free, and refunds are issued within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging

  • Personalised or hygiene-related items (e.g. socks, underwear) are excluded unless unopened and unused
