3. Order Processing Time

  • Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday)

  • Cut-off time: Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT) are processed the same business day.

  • Weekend orders: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery: 4–6 business days from dispatch

  • Shipping days: Monday through Friday

  • Total delivery time: 5–8 business days (including processing)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors like weather or carrier delays.

5. Shipping Process

  • Courier partners: DHL and DPD

  • Insured packages: All shipments are fully insured. If your item is lost or damaged in transit, contact us immediately.

Standard delivery takes 4–6 business days within France via DHL and DPD

7. Missing Items
