Shipping policy

At Toydoras, we aim to provide a smooth, transparent, and reliable shipping experience for our customers in Ireland.

1. Where We Ship: We currently ship within Ireland only. International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Shipping Costs We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

3. Order Cut-off & Processing Times Orders placed before 17:00 (GMT+0 / Dublin time) are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 17:00, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

Processing time: 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).

4. Delivery Timeframe After processing, delivery usually takes 2–5 business days. Estimated total delivery time: 3–7 business days from the date of order.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Minor delays may occur during peak periods.

5. Couriers & Packaging We work with trusted partners like An Post, DHL, and other local couriers. All shipments include tracking and insurance. We use eco-friendly packaging whenever possible.

6. Tracking Your Order Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to activate.

7. Delays & Missed Deliveries If you’re unavailable at delivery, couriers may leave the parcel with a neighbour or at a nearby pickup point. If your order hasn’t arrived after 15 business days, contact us. If confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 10 days at help@toydoras.com. We’ll provide a free return label and issue a replacement or full refund.

9. Returns Summary (30 Days) You may return items within 30 days if:

  • The item is unused and in original condition

  • It's returned in the original packaging

Return shipping:

  • Damaged or incorrect items: we cover return shipping

  • Change-of-mind returns: customer pays return postage

10. Non-Returnable Items: Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Personalized or custom-made products

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Opened hygiene-related items like pillows or bedding
