At Toydoras, we want you to feel confident about your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

1. Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items If your item arrives broken, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 10 days of receiving it. We’ll cover return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement.

2. Missing Orders If your order can’t be tracked or hasn’t arrived within 15 business days, contact us. If confirmed lost, we’ll issue a full refund or replacement.

3. Cancelling an Order Before shipping: you may cancel any time before dispatch. After shipping: follow the return process below.

4. Changed Your Mind? We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

• The item is unused and in original condition

• It’s returned in the original packaging

Important:

• You are responsible for return shipping

• Original shipping fees are non-refundable (though we offer free shipping by default)

5. No Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

6. Refund Timelines

• Initiate your return within 30 days of receiving the item

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of return approval

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method

7. Return Shipping

• Damaged/incorrect items: we provide a prepaid return label

• Change-of-mind: return shipping is at your cost

8. Non-Returnable Items Unless faulty, we do not accept returns on:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Clearance or final sale items

• Opened hygiene-related products such as bedding or pillows
