30-Day Easy Returns

Return Shipping Costs

For defective products:
No costs for the customer. This applies if the product was delivered incorrectly, damaged during transport, or is otherwise faulty.

For change of mind:
The actual return shipping costs are paid by the customer. This applies, for example, when a wrong item was ordered, the product does not fit, or is no longer wanted.
Return costs are at the customer’s expense and are not refunded.

How to Return an Item

Contact us: Send an email to support@toydora.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Receive instructions: We will send you a return authorization and step-by-step instructions.
Pack the item: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, labels, and documents.
Return label: The customer must purchase and print a return label and attach it to the parcel.
Return shipment: Drop off your parcel at the shipping carrier mentioned in the return email.

Refund Process

Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will check if the item meets the return conditions.
Refund: After successful inspection, your refund will be processed. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 10 business days before the amount appears in your original payment method.
