Return & Refund Policy – Toy Dora

At Toy Dora, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Below is our updated return and refund policy.

1. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at  support@toydora.com with photos of the issue.
Once verified, we’ll offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost.
In these cases, we will cover the return shipping.

2. Didn’t Receive Your Order

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery timeframe, reach out to us. If it’s lost in transit, we’ll offer either a free replacement or a full refund.

3. Changed Your Mind?

You may return your items within 30 days of delivery if you're not fully satisfied.
Items must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide prepaid return labels for non-defective returns.

4. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. If already dispatched, you may return them under this policy.

5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.
